We use Beach Body P90X and 21 Day Fix. Being fit over 50 requires eating clean and working out with Beachbody every morning. This program confuses your muscles for maxim growth and weight loss. The thing we love about all the Beachbody programs is you can do this at home. It requires minimal equipment or no equipment at all. My wife enjoys doing the hard cardio and loves the 21 Day Fix.
