How to make baked spicy baked spinach chips!
Are you trying to incorporate more spinach into your diet because you know darn well it is so good for you? Maybe you’re not much of a salad eater? Try baking them for a wonderful spicy good for you snack. Trying to get rid of a little stored fat from too much over indulgence from the holiday? Working on losing your muffin top? Being over 40 and loosing a muffin top is no easy deed. Good healthy eating along with the right fats is crucial. Along with exercise. Again, I am not talking about walking with your girlfriend around the block and chatting. Real exercise and education to get your body lean and strong.
What do I mean by education? When I was in my 20’s and 30’s I never knew what a plank was. Now I am addicted to planking and loosing my muffin top that I did not even realize I had until the last few years. That is what skinny over 40 is all about. Educate, execute, evolve. Educate Execute Evolve!
How to make Baked Spicy Spinach Chips
- One Bag of Fresh Organic Spinach
- Cayenne Pepper
- Olive Oil
-
Wash and dry your Spinach
-
Pre Heat oven to 300 Degrees
-
Coat your cookie sheet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle Cayenne Pepper over the Olive Oil
-
Lay your Spinach leaves over the Olive Oil and Cayenne
-
Sprinkle Cayenne over the Spinach Leaves
-
Bake for approximately 20 min
Watch the Spinach for turning brown
Pull browned Spinach leaves off pan once individual leaves turn
