Date night for my wife and I becomes a day full of adventure. My days off are Thursday’s and Friday’s so my wife usually takes half days and then works half days on the weekends. We like to be outside and active.
This is our little piece of paradise. As you can see this is a place where we can do a lot of outdoor activities year round. That requires a few tips in my arsenal to keep up with my wife on our date “day and night”. One really important tip is keeping our lips hydrated. We use ChapStick Total Hydration which is 100% Natural and Age defying, and it Instantly smoothes and moisturizes.
Being in our 50’s well my wife next year is 50, we need to keep our lips hydrated in the heat of the Florida weather.
When we are on date night we are always outside and doing a lot of walking. This date “day” we walked three miles to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. Taking Advil Liqui-Gels when you Use as directed is really important for my lower back with muscle ache and joint pain that usually occurs when we are walking on the sidewalk.
I love taking Emergen-C before my morning workout to give me energy that last throughout the day.
- With over 20 varieties of vitamin supplement drink mixes, Emergen-C offers the formula, flavor, fix, and FUN you’re looking for!
More Healthy Days, More Healthy Nights equals fun and day dates!
Kayaking requires Advil Liqui-Gels for my lower back, this really helps me when we are out for a good two hour trip. All of these tips will better prepare you to take your ‘date night or day’ to a new level when you prepare your body for an active encounter with your date.
We found all the products easily at Walmart and was prepared to use them to our advantage. Do you have any date night tips?

Looks like you have a great way to make sure date day/night go as planned! I love an active date – and I think I’ll have to talk my husband into going kayaking soon, or at the least maybe I can join his dragon boat racing team 🙂 Advil and ChapStick are at the top of my date night essentials – I always have both in my purse. {client}
