Cauliflower Pizza Bake with (HEALTHY) Nutritional Yeast
Oh, yes, all the pizza flavor minus the high carbs! You will LOVE this Clean Eating reduced fat Cauliflower Pizza Bake with (HEALTHY) Nutritional Yeast! A one pan simple saucy treat you can actually prepare in under 30 minutes for two. An AWESOME low carb lunch or dinner.
This is one jazzed up one pan cauliflower pizza bake! We have perfected how to make a cauliflower crust pizza and love it, but it is a little bit of a time crunch. This dish is SO tasty and delicious and light! I crave pizza all the time, this satisfies my cravings spot on!
Reduced Fat Cauliflower Pizza Bake with (Healthy) Nutritional Yeast Ingredients
- 1 Head cauliflower
- 1.5 cups low-sugar low-salt marinara sauce
- 4 oz. Nitrate free sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 10 oz. shredded low-fat mozzarella
- 1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup green pepper
- 1/4 Cup red onion
- 1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, toss your cauliflower florets with olive oil.
- Spread cauliflower out evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Arrange pieces close together in a small casserole dish.
- Spread marinara sauce on top and add the rest of your ingredients topping with your cheese and Nutritional yeast.
- Bake for an additional 10-13 minutes until cheese melts and gets a bit crispy.

The nutritional yeast really adds another level of fab taste! Nutritional yeast benefits make this one healthy dish! This low carb pepperoni pizza casserole will become a family favorite. We are also working on a low car chicken pizza casserole. This is easily made with your left-over chicken. Where to buy nutritional yeast? Your local Walmart or local grocery store will carry it. We think this is an easy recipe for cauliflower. If you are not a fan of raw cauliflower this recipe will give you all the healthy benefits of this superfood.
