A reduced fat low carb cauliflower pizza bake.

Ingredients
  • 1 Head cauliflower
  • 1.5 cups low-sugar low-salt marinara sauce
  • 4 oz. Nitrate free sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced
  • 10 oz. shredded low-fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup green pepper
  • 1/4 Cup red onion
  • 1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, toss your cauliflower florets with olive oil.
  3. Spread cauliflower out evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Arrange pieces close together in a small casserole dish.
  6. Spread marinara sauce on top and add the rest of your ingredients topping with your cheese and Nutritional yeast.
  7. Bake for an additional 10-13 minutes until cheese melts and gets a bit crispy.
