I have grown to love olives in the past year. I also have several bottles of olive oil in my cabinet. I recently read on a blog that any oil (coconut, sunflower, grapeseed, olive, etc) isn’t good for you at all. However, it seems like health “experts” are always coming up with something! ~lol~
