Steak Burritos From Leftovers
Steak Burritos
I love a manly beefy burrito. I especially love Steak Burritos. They have a different sort of bite versus a traditional burrito made with hamburger or chicken. What to do with leftover steak? Make Steak Burritos. Brilliant right? I have been off and on the Paleo diet and really fell off while making these burritos with a white flour tortilla. It happens, I try to eat as healthy as possible but when I reached into the refrigerator for tortillas the high fiber wheat tortillas were a wall.
Since I am just getting the hang of this blogging thing I forgot to take pictures of the steak itself. My wife (April) reminded me how pictures draw you into the post. Tonight I am preparing meatballs and am excited to take photos.

Leftover steak doesn’t really happen in our house, but I do love recipes that do good things with leftovers! I love steak in tacos and burritos, so this sounds especially good!
