Veggie Burger Recipe
As I made his juice in the morning I started thinking I really need to save this fibrous stuff that does not get juiced. Then and there I said tonight we will have veggie burgers. Since having baby Dallas I am trying to eat healthier because I know new moms that are breast-feeding can lack energy. My mom always took naps having three children and I am guessing I will to one day.
To the mixture I added a large heaping teaspoon of garlic.
I added Oatmeal and a few Tablespoons of Non Fat Yogurt. Blended it all together and made two large patties, perfect for Mike and I!
Okay, so this is so much not a recipe but an idea to use the ingredients left from juicing, just get the patties to be pliable enough to form a patty. Grill and top with your favorite sauces.
