One Pan Skinny Chicken Mashup 😍

Ingredients
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper and Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Packet Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Cumin
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 Degrees
  2. Bake until chicken is cooked through or reads an internal temperature of 165ΒΊ, about 20 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients into your cast iron skillet and cook for 20 minutes.
