Head cauliflower

low-sugar low-salt marinara sauce

Nitrate free sliced pepperoni

olives
sliced

shredded low-fat mozzarella

Cup
diced tomatoes

Cup
green pepper

Cup
red onion

Cup
nutritional yeast

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, toss your cauliflower florets with olive oil.

Spread cauliflower out evenly on baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Arrange pieces close together in a small casserole dish.

Spread marinara sauce on top and add the rest of your ingredients topping with your cheese and Nutritional yeast.

Bake for an additional 10-13 minutes until cheese melts and gets a bit crispy.
