Lemons I think I put lemons in any type of water I drink. Lemons are rich in Vitamin C. They Alkalize the body. You want that balanced PH. An Alkalized body is a place where disease doe not thrive. Lemons are extremely helpful to your liver cleaning out your system. It helps your bowels eliminate naturally. They also contain potassium.

Drink this detox water to help fight belly bloating.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Cucumber
Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries, cucumber, and lemons. Place into an infuser and infuse overnight. Drink all day!

    I am so uneducated in the area of detoxing my body but really want to learn more. Love this recipe idea, so many swear by infused water. I love water, so why not try it over holiday break?!
