High Protein Avocado Breakfast Toast

Start your day off on the right foot with a high protein breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast Try a sprouted variety.
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Guacamole or Smashed Avocado
  • 1 sprig Parsely
Instructions
  1. Toast your bread, or not if you don't like it toasted.

    Spread your guacamole onto the bread.

    Top with pomegranate seeds, hard-boiled eggs, and parsley.
