Tuna Salad
Tuna Salad with Spiralized Noodles

A delicious salad to meal prep on Sunday to eat during the week!

Ingredients
  • 6 Cucumbers
  • 1 Large Carrot Spiralized
  • 1 Yellow Squash Spiralized
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 Cup Green Peppers Chopped
  • 1 Cup Broccoli
  • 3 Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 1 Handful Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cans Tuna packed in water
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon
Instructions
  1. Spiralize your carrots and yellow squash.

    Chop your ingredients and add to a large bowl, then add tuna.

    Add 1/2 cup Of Greek yogurt.

    Add lemon juice.
