Ingredients
  • 8 Ounce Coconut Water
  • 4 Ounce Spring Water
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Bag Green Tea
Instructions
  1. Boil 4 ounces of water and then add your tea bag.

    Let steep 2 minutes.

    Add the tea into the 8 ounces of coconut water with the lemon juice.

    Drink and enjoy the flavor and health benefits, especially after a workout.
