Spinach Chicken Pomegranate Salad
A refreshing clean and flavorful salad for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
  • I bag of organic spinach
  • 2 Pounds chopped cooked chicken breast
  • Seeds of one Pomegranate
  • 1/4 Cup EVO
  • 3 Tablespoons Red wine vinaigrette
  • Juice of one lemon
Instructions
  1. Chop up your chicken.
  2. Mix your EVO, vinaigrette and lemon juice.
  3. Toss everything together and enjoy!
  4. Top with crushed black pepper.
