Homemade Wing Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 2/3 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black or ground white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the remaining ingredients. Whisk well to combine. Bring to a simmer while whisking and turn off just before boiling. Cool before serving.
  2. Light up the grill and heat until the coals are white.
  3. Place the wings on the grill, cover, and cook until skins are crisp and are starting to brown, about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Flip them every 15 minutes for even cooking.
  5. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients together.
  6. Last two times you flip the wings, coat them with the sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
