Moving to the Island last year has made my life extremely active. My wife and I have very little time in the kitchen and love to add some packaged meals to our busy week night dinners. We also like to have impromptu dinner parties. Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu is the perfect meal for entertaining and a busy lifestyle.
We have eaten Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breasts in the past, we were excited to see the new packaging when we were shopping at Publix in the frozen food section. We liked the new packaging as well, the red sort of pops out at you.
We like creating simple salads to go along with the Chicken Breasts. Simply placing them in the oven is such an easy method of getting our dinner prepared with no hassles. We LOVE the new flavor and the crunchy coating, simply use a thermometer to check that it reaches the 165 degrees Barber recommends.
The Barber Foods Cordon Bleu Chicken Breast is perfectly paired with a creamy broccoli and cauliflower salad. It is nice to be able to create a meal while my wife relaxes on the deck and reads. This is simple and a breeze to clean up. She loves the creamy middle with ham and cheese and says it is SO much better than the previous version. We think the new recipe hits it out of the ballpark.
We loved the ease of adding new baby potatoes to this dish, add a little seasoning, toss in olive oil and roast. You can be entertaining while the chicken and potatoes cook.
The new packaging is easy to find, it is colored on the left side with Barber foods in red also with New Recipe to the right. Besides the Cordon Bleu, Barber Foods has several other stuffed chicken breast choices, including the Broccoli Cheese above and Chicken Kiev. Find it in the frozen food section and look for their new packaging.

Entertaining and cooking is so much easier without all the mess from a big prep! My favorite Barber Stuffed Chicken Breasts are the Broccoli & Cheese variety – so I love to pair it with a light baby spinach salad. #client
