How many glasses of water do you drink a day? I have been eating so healthy and getting my exercise in daily! I wanted to add ingredients to my water to benefit my health even more. Our body needs water to flush out toxins, give us energy and aid in digestion.
Herbs are also very beneficial to add to our water. I have several different mints growing in the garden on my deck. They aid in digestion, and is a natural diuretic can help stop colitis along with irritable bowel syndrome. Mint contains vitamins C, A, along with B12. Try to get at least 8 glasses of water a day at the minimum.
How much water do you drink a day, do you add anything into it?
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Grapefruit
- A few Limes
- Fresh Mint
- Purified Water
- Cut the Cucumbers, Grapefruit and Limes
- Pull apart Mint
- Add to a gallon of Water
- Let sit for a day on the counter
- To speed up the process simmer on the stove for 15 min then cool
