My nickname growing up was pickle puss, I love me some pickles. Now that we can pick up zucchini from our neighbors, we make zucchini pickles. Zucchini pickles are so easy to make and you will never know you are eating zucchini versus cucumbers. These are Half Sour Zucchini Pickles. You can adapt this with any sort of brine.
