Dr. Oz’s Detox Plan To Flush Fat and lose Belly Fat. This recipe is a protein-packed cabbage salad made of chicken breast, red cabbage, olive oil and pumpkin seeds. I did throw in cucumbers as well. Dr. Oz said this salad will remove fat toxins and promote weight loss. Red cabbage is rich in fiber (so it makes you feel full) and is a natural diuretic. This salad is part of our detox diet. My problem has been tummy bloat over the age of 40. When you hit the 40’s your metabolism slows so you have got to add in exercise and work that diet. We are still working on ridding our bodies from our weekend over indulgences. To lose weight after 40, you need to understand that imbalanced hormones and chemicals have a huge impact on our weight and our health.. Making foods with specific ingredients to help the body is all about educating ourselves.
