Pre and Post Workout Must Haves

My wife and I work out regularly. A must have when you are working out is Pre and Post workout snacks. As well as your supplements you are taking for energy to fuel your workout and BCAA’s to feed your muscles.
We pick up all of Nabisco brand snacks at Walmart. TRISCUIT crackers are baked with 100% whole grain wheat. That is 24 grams per serving. We understand we are supposed to get 48g whole grains a day. Nabisco can help make it happen! Wheat Thins are another favorite we picked up. There are 19 grams of whole grain per about fifteen pieces.
Working out doing high-intensity training requires healthy snacks before and after my workout. Starting the day off right is important too. If it is an early morning workout I make my shake and eat a healthy breakfast accompanied with belVita Breakfast Biscuits. This consists of greek yogurt and a serving of fruit.
A tough workout requires some hearty whole grains, fruit, and water. Whole Grains for a Whole Day. But it is also important to choose wisely when looking for foods to graze on. Fig Newtons are a favorite of my wife’s after her workout. With 5 grams of whole grain, she feels wonderful after her leg day.
Being prepared with whole grain snacks, fruits and water are key.
We have many get together’s down at the pool and feel confident bringing Nabisco products to share like Teddy Grahams with 8 grams of whole wheat and Honey Maid crackers with 8 grams of whole wheat.
We like preparing a honey mustard greek yogurt dip to accompany the crackers. We love how easy the crackers are to bring down to the pool. The best part is not feeling sluggish after eating.
