Instant Booty Lift-Get a Bigger Rounder Butt

Want an Instant Booty Lift? Tired of the same old squats, looking for variation?  Try this Plie on your tip toes using a rope that is weighted down for an instant booty lift.  Try getting in at least two leg days a week using a lot of variation.

Simply weigh down the weight stack, lean back, get into a wide stance, get up on your tip toes and squat down, do 25 reps and two sets for a tighter rounder butt
Are you ready for a New Year? Work on the butt doing different exercises targeting all the muscles around the butt. This will be your Instant Booty Lift routine to get in a few times a week.

Our first video, get tight Glutes with Glute Kickbacks!  This is an old school exercise that really targets the lower half of the glutes.  Do this truly until you feel a burn.

Begin on your hands and knees and roll up on the ball. Raise your head and squeeze your buttocks as you simultaneously raise a leg up. Alternate legs.  Do three sets, 15 reps a piece. Watch the full video by visiting our YouTube Page

    I started doing squats a couple of years ago after losing 85 pounds and my behind looking like someone just put a pin in it. It looked saggy and sad. Squats made everything perk up a little bit, but I could use a different way of exercising that area, so thanks for this!
