I love Avocados, but as soon as I cut one open the first question would of course be “how to stop an avocado from turning brown” I can never eat a whole avocado quick enough then it tuns a gross slimy brown, right? I have used lemon juice to keep the avocado from turning brown super quick, if I plan on using it in a salad later that day.

Ingredients
- One Avocado
- One Red Onion
- One Large Kitchen Knife
- One storage container
Instructions
- Dice your onion and place in a storage container
- Open your avocado take what you need leaving the see attached to one part of the Avocado
- Place the Avocado skin side down on top of the onion and seal tight.
- I have left my avocado in the fridge for a week and it still look pleasing!
