Marinated Brussel Sprouts on the Grill

- Brussel Sprouts
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Marinate the Brussel Sprouts in the EVO and Balsamic mixture for 30 minutes
- Add the mixture into a tinfoil packet
- Add another layer so the EVO mixture does not sneak out.
- Grill on one side 7 minutes
- Turn over and grill for another 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
