It is simple to get tummy bloat over the age of 40. When you hit your 40’s your metabolism slows so you have got to add in exercise and work that diet. We are still working on ridding our bodies from our weekend overindulgences. To lose weight after 40, you need to understand that imbalanced hormones and chemicals have a huge impact on our weight and our health. Making foods with specific ingredients to help the body is all about educating ourselves. - 2 cups purple cabbage
- 1 chicken breast cooked
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- 1 orange
- 1 Cucumber This is not part of Dr. Oz recipe
- 3 tsp olive oil

Chop chicken into strips or small pieces.

Peel and Cut up the orange into bite size pieces

Cut up the cucumber

Mix all together
The cucumber is not in Dr. Oz's original recipe, this was added in.
You could use canned low sodium chicken in a pinch.
