We have been eating a lot of Fruit Salsa living on Marco Island we have papayas and mango’s and kiwis all fresh at the Farmers Market. We pick up fresh Cilantro and fresh jalapeños too. Our Farmers Market is a weekly stop for us on Wednesdays. I love seeing all the fresh produce and talking with the vendors. Ingredients
  • Lobster Tail
  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Seasonings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Use kitchen Shears to pull meat away from lobster shell. How to cook a Lobster Tail
  2. Depending on how Hot Your Oven gets..
  3. 400 Degrees for 10 Min
  4. Brush Prior with Butter and Seasoning.
  5. Place on Cookie sheet or in pan
  6. Add a dash of water for a steaming effect
