As I made his juice in the morning I started thinking I really need to save this fibrous stuff that does not get juiced. Then and there I said tonight we will have veggie burgers. Since having baby Dallas I am trying to eat healthier because I know new moms that are breast-feeding can lack energy. My mom always took naps having three children and I am guessing I will to one day….
I am visiting my mom and dad who live on Marco Island in Florida, just got back from the beach and am working on posting now on a regular basis.

I love, love, anything white! Which is why almost all my sons furniture in his room is white!! My dear friend from work gave me her old changing table but unfortunately it was not the color I was going for… So off to Menards I went for the Changing Table Refurbish.

I used a zinsser 1-2-3 bulls eye primer for all surfaces, I had this paint on hand Its a thicker primer so it covered the table quite well, as I only had to use one coat of this.
The paint that I used for this changing table was behr ultra pure white.
The brushes that I used were polyester, I always strive for a smooth finish when painting furniture and these brushes do just that! Longer bristles are always better, shorter bristles will show paint strokes. If you do end up with some brush strokes in spite of your best efforts, you can always sand it down a bit. Some of the higher end brands to look for are Wooster and Purdy.

Fall has me in the kitchen doing my canning every weekend. I now live on a farm and it came with a Root Cellar, I am so excited to learn about utilizing my Root Cellar. I have a ton of apples I am making many different types of jams with and have made some awesome Hot Pickled Carrots….
