My wife and I moved to Marco Island, Florida to live an active lifestyle on the island. We eat healthy and workout 6 days a week. We love working out on the beach when the weather isn’t to hot! It is full blown Summertime here on the island and there is nothing better than saving money with Walmart Best Plans Which are the Lowest Priced Unlimited Plans! There are SO many activities that we can now participate in now that we are saving money on our Unlimited Talk Text and Data/Web plan. One of our plans this 4th of July weekend is taking a pontoon boat out for the day. We are able to enjoy this because of our savings. It will be a perfect day followed by fireworks in the evening….

With summer in full swing here down on Marco Island, my wife and I are more active than ever. We love running on the beach and getting any sort of exercise down there we can. My problem is I crave ice cream quite a lot, especially the Blue Bunny brand I have eaten, well since I can remember. Easy Semi Homemade Salsa

We are ready for a busy summer here on Marco Island, my Mother-in-Law is coming home from a week and a half trip from Minnesota so we thought we would throw her a welcome home celebration with her favorite foods. We love making semi homemade salsa and using it on top of tacos and as a salsa for our chips. We were at Walmart and picked up Hunts Diced tomatoes in three different flavors. We bought the Roasted Garlic, Spicy Red Pepper and Sweet Onion to make a really easy semi homemade salsa. All you need to do is add a few more ingredients. Living in Florida on the island, we want to be in the kitchen the least amount of time. We spend a lot of time preparing the house so we wanted an easy Mexican meal which is my Mother-in-Law’s favorite. We were also excited to add in the Mrs. Wages salsa spices we found at Walmart too. This adds in some great flavors that you may not have on hand.
Hunts Diced Tomatoes This recipe is really easy, open your Hunts Diced Tomatoes and add into a large bowl.
Then add your diced red onion and green peppers.
Add in the jalapeño and two tablespoons of the Mrs. Wages Salsa seasoning and cilantro.
Don’t forget to stir in the lime juice.
This salsa literally takes five minutes to make. The combination of three Hunts Diced Tomatoes gives the perfect amount of zing. You can use this salsa on many dishes, not just for chips.
We topped our tacos with the salsa. Being able to create a quick Mexican meal

My Me Time With McCafé Coffee

Since moving onto the island of Marco Island, my wife and I have had a different schedule, which has given me moments to get in my own “me time”.
