I have been taking either a walk or a run on the beach most mornings. Living on Marco Island has been a dream come true. Every morning it is amazing the amount of walkers I see on the beach and the road. Bright sneakers, savvy workout wear, you name it I see it. It is amazing how good the sand feels on my feet when I run either barefoot or in my water shoes or tennis shoes. It does not hurt my ankles or knees, a problem I have had for the past five years. Steak Burritos I love a manly beefy burritos. I especially love Steak Burritos. They have a different sort of bite versus a traditional burritos made with hamburger or chicken.
