Ladies, don’t forget to work your Shoulder Workout. Getting in your Shoulder Workout a few times a week is key to sexy shoulders! Working my shoulders has become quite the new addiction. When I worked out before coming to Marco Island, FL I really never paid much attentiopn to my shoulders. I just thought, why work them hard, it is not like they will get fat.
