I LOVE Avocado Breakfast Toast! I mean I LOVE it! This is part of our meal prep on Sundays. We boil 24 eggs to have hard boil eggs on hand for breakfast lunch and dinners. We also make our homemade guacamole for the same reason. Avocados are the perfect food you should be eating if you are over 40 years old. Healthy fats are one of the best ways to control your appetite, and avocados are a good source of this. Eating an avocado to add fiber to your diet helps your body maintain regular bowel movements. - 2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast Try a sprouted variety.
- 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 tbsp Guacamole or Smashed Avocado
- 1 sprig Parsely

Spread your guacamole onto the bread.
Top with pomegranate seeds, hard-boiled eggs, and parsley.
