My wife and I moved from Minnesota down to Florida about two years ago. The reasoning behind this was to live an active lifestyle all year-long. In Minnesota, we were only active outside about 5 months out of the year. Now we work out hard on the beach, love kayaking and being fit every single day. This really leaves are muscles in pain and in need of BENGAY® Ultra Strength Cream. We also make sure we bring a backpack with us with essentials in case of a bug bite, skinned knee or major muscle ache.
We work out, hike, bike ride, paddle board and skate board so we need to be ready for aches and pains. BENGAY® Ultra Strength Cream temporarily relieves the minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with a simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.
When we kayak this takes a major toll on my back, having my backpack ready with essentials like BENGAY® Ultra Strength Cream for powerful pain relief because it soothes your sore spots. My wife also has terrible allergies so she needs certain products to make her feel great and ready for an active day.
Having the right tools is fundamental when you are working out or taking long bikes rides like my wife and I do. We had a bad experience, well actually two. My wife was going down a large hill on her cruiser bike. The brakes went out, she had to swerve and crash instead of going into traffic, she got pretty skinned up. We had our backpack and was able to clean the cut and quickly bandage her up.
Let me tell you when I work out, I work out hard. So, let us give you a break down of how we stay active and make sure we pack BENGAY® Products for relief after a Workout/post workout. One great way is to rub it on my legs when I am in the sauna, then I wrap a warm towel around them, it feels incredible.

This Minnesotan is kind of jealous that you get to be active outside all year round. 🙂 Great tips for enjoying an active lifestyle!

Hello from a fellow Floridian! I hope everything is ok after Irma. My husband and I always use Icy Hot patches, how does Bengay cream compare??

I need to keep one of these at work. I do a lot of walking on my lunch hour. Most of the time I feel like I had a workout.

Wow, Minnesota to Florida is a HUGE change! I visited Minnesota a couple of years ago in the summer a and it was gorgeous, but I have no plans to ever go in the winter. I’ve never tried Bengay cream before, but it sounds like it definitely does the trick to help with pain and soreness
