Since moving down to Marco Island, FL, my wife and I have had to make some adjustments with our schedules.  My wife works from home, she sits down by the pool of our condo for the first part of her day, until her laptop battery dies.  Then she comes upstairs and works. My days off our Thursday and Friday.   I am usually running errands and then am on my own for a sit down lunch or a quick bite. STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen Steak Fajita’s are the perfect way for me to get in a quick-lunch that is filled with the protein my body needs.
STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen Steak Fajita is perfect for the guys because it requires no clean up afterwards.  This meal was extremely satisfying and filling.  I went grocery shopping and only had about 15 min to eat so I headed out on the deck and quickly ate my lunch before having to run some more errands.
With only 370 calories, 8 sugars and a whopping 26 grams of protein, this meal is perfect if you’re a guy that works out and needs the extra protein in his diet.  Plus it gives you the carbs you need to tackle the rest of the day after lunch when you can get fatigued.
I gave it the allotted time on the microwave.

Went out and hung on the deck enjoying my view and my satisfying lunch.  

When I have time to myself and I am not in a rush, I can make this into my dinner by adding a salad, I have a complete meal.  My wife prepares salad on Sunday evenings for the week so we can just reach in the refrigerator without having to prepare and clean up.
