Working my shoulders has become quite the new addiction. When I worked out before coming to Marco Island, FL I really never paid much attentiopn to my shoulders. I just thought, why work them hard, it is not like they will get fat. But wow, I am seeing definition under the fat that was there. Here is a quick Video of a few shoulder exercises I do, will be working up to full extensive video introduction when I get my camera. I gave my Nikon to my daughter when she was here this summer. She has a 1 year old so I really wanted her to be able to use it 😉
