This is prepared by simply placing the portion-controlled cup in the microwave for 60 seconds. That is it, it is done. You can eat right out of the container or add it to your recipe.
I like top pop in the microwave and eat before my workout as well. This helps me fuel my body and gives me a good amount of energy. The cups and film are BPA free. This is important to me. Minute Rice is really versatile too. It comes in many different flavors like Brown & Wild Rice, Multi-Grain Medley, and all new Rice Brown & Quinoa, all new Basmati Rice, Jasmine Rice, White Rice and flavorful mixes. Several varieties are gluten-free, too.
With prepping your food it is so simple to prepare a quick and healthy after workout meal. My protein is already cooked and chopped into cubes. My salad is prepared. My Minute Rice is ready to be popped in the microwave to add to my meal. I love chicken salad fajitas, made with Whole Grain Minute Rice. The protein and carbs give me just the right amount of energy I am looking for after a workout.

- 1/2 Cup Chopped cooked chicken
- 2-4 Sliced Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup Salad Greens
- 1-2 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- Low Calorie Ranch Dressing
- Cut and cook all of your ingredients on Sunday
- Microwave your Minute Ready for one minute
- Assemble all onto your tortillas
