We enjoy tea, especially Sun Tea. I’ll have to give your recipe a try especially if it will give me more energy!

Hmm, when you say to drink this for 3 days are you eating food as well?
I know with us food combining is quite an issues. If we eat the wrong things together we experience bloating. Will have to try this and see what happens.

I think I would love anything with lemon and basil. They are two of my favorite flavors especially when combined.

I guess I’m one of the few that has never tried green tea. I love regular tea, but end up putting a ton of sugar in it!

Oh, I’m going to try this out. I’ve drank water and lemon and green tea, but never all together and with basil! Interesting!

  • Stephanie Jeannot

I love these refreshing waters but did not really know the benefits of drinking them until now. Yummy! I will try this at home.

This sounds like it’s super refreshing and I love all the ingredients, so it’s definitely worth a try!

This sounds delicious, but the recipe does not coincide with the ingredients. In the instructions calls for ginger, when the ingredients call for basil. It creates questions on the validity of the statements in my mind.
