Dr. Oz Fat Loss Diet Plan

A recap of the Doctor Oz Show

There is my hubby walking into our favorite store for healthy organic food.  Whole Foods has the best customer service out there!  Every episode of Dr. Oz  has us running off to Whole Foods for new healthy ingredients.

Dr. Oz Fat Loss Diet Plan

Dr oz fills us in on another fat burner that is all natural.
Dr. Oz shared with us a new supplement called Meratrim. This pill contains a flower called sphaeranthus indicus along with a fruit called garcinia mangostana.

Make sure the label says 100% pure Meratrim.  Meratrim will block and protect your cells, making it more difficult for them to store fat.

The second Fat Loss threat is Pomegranate Vinegar.

Have a spoonful of Pomegranate Vinegar after every meal. It’s supposed to help burn fat. From what I have read and from what Dr. Oz believes is any vinegar may have the same effect. This study was on the Pomegranate Vinegar. I have heard this same study from Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

Dr. Oz: Double Protein at Every Meal to Burn More Calories.

The third step in Dr. Oz Triple Your Fat Loss Diet Plan is to double up on your protein at every meal.  You will get rid of the simple carbs and replace them with more protein.  I already have recipes in mind.  Lose the bun on your burgers and top it with egg whites and a dash of nutritional yeast.  Fish and Shrimp tacos wrapped in lettuce leaves.  This sounds pretty easy!

I love a cold house at night, although I haven’t dipped down THAT far. Yet.

I just need to be careful of those late night snacks and Coca-cola! I’m always hearing about uses for vinegar and this is, yet again, a new one. I’m curious to know if the type of vinegar makes that much of a difference.

I can sleep a lot better with a cool house at night. 63 is a bit too chilly for my liking though, haha.

  • Lucero @We Are Earthformed

I don’t think I’d be able to sleep if the house were only 63. I can do 65-66 but with a lot of blankets. I’ll have to look around for the meratrim and pomegranate vinegar.

Interesting. I used to take Apple Cider Vinegar daily, but have gotten out of the habit.

  • HilLesha

I try to drink a glass of water mixed with Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar everyday. However, I have never seen (or heard of) Pomegranate Vinegar anywhere. I might have to order some to see if it’s any different than ACV. 🙂

    • Christina

Since you drink a glass a day of ACV, does it really help with weight lose?

You know I have been using three different drinks and have noticed an improvement around my middle! I continue to improve with consistent drinking of this stuff 🙂

I can’t even imagine what my electric bill would be if I put my air conditioner to 63 in the summer when it’s still over 100 degrees outside in the middle of the night! The vinegar sounds interesting, though.

  • Robin {Mom Foodie}

My house is chilly all winter… I think it makes one want to store winter fat…lol (that’s my story & I’m sticking too it.)

  • Angela

This Triple Your Weight Loss sounds good. Anything to make losing weight easier that is detrimental to our health is a good thing.

  • pohto9

Sounds very interesting, but I don’t know if I could bring myself to drink pomegranate vinegar.

  • Tammy

I’ve never heard of pomegranate vinegar before. I’d have to mix it with something for sure though if I drank it because the acidity of vinegar on its own is a turn off for me.

    • adecheine

I just picked some up at Trader Joes, it is really good made some dressing with it.

I never eat the bun at home when we cook hamburgers. An egg on top sounds delicious!
