Dr. Oz Fat Flush Drink

Need to lose weight, try Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush Drink. One of my favorite drinks for weight-loss is the Dr. Oz Fat Flush drink. The ingredients infused into the water will help you flush the fat. Drinking this water will help hydrate your body as well as help it eliminate waste, thus flushing fat.

How much water do you drink a day? I have been shooting for a gallon a day, yes, really. It makes it much easier when you prepare your drinks ahead of time and just DRINK. Another favorite of mine is the Kevita Lemon Cayenne Daily Cleanse Probiotic Drink, is lightly sweetened with stevia, and contains no added sugar.

What do the ingredients in Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush Water really do?

  • Grapefruit
A large amount of Vitamin C actually turns fat into fuel.  Grapefruit has been labeled lately as the perfect fruit. Grapefruits are high in fiber and low in calories, and they contain bioflavonoids that protect against cancer. Grapefruits also increase the body’s metabolic rate, and actually makes you feel full!. It even fights fatigue! Start your day off with half a grapefruit to jump-start your day!
  • Cucumber
Is another fabulous ingredient in the Fat Flush Water.  Cucumber actually helps make you feel full and is mostly water which makes it a natural diuretic.  This means less bloating and holding onto to water. Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins. Which give us some energy! No need to drink coffee or soda to get this benefit. Because of its high water content and dietary fiber they help rid your body of toxins plus helping your digestion tract.
  • Tangerines
Are one of my favorite fruits too. I make the Fat Flush Water at least twice a month. The tangerine will &increase your sensitivity to insulin. Stabilizes blood sugar and stimulates genes to help you burn fat. They contain natural soluble and insoluble fiber which aids in elimination sort of like a light laxative.
  • Peppermint
Helps and contributes to a calming in your stomach and better digestion. Peppermint is a good source of manganese, copper, and vitamin C. Peppermint also curbs your appetite. In a recent study folks that smelled a candy cane felt less hungry after the ones that did not. Interesting, right?

I would consult your doctor, but personally, I can’t see why not, it is all natural ingredients that my daughter ate when she breastfed.

  • Keisha

I usually make cucumber water with mint vs peppermint & add nectarines occasionally if I’m out of cucumbers. Will give it try with peppermint.
