What does the ingredients in Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush Water really do?
The large amount of Vitamin C actually turns fat into fuel. Grapefruit has been labeled lately as the perfect fruit. Grapefruits are high in fiber and low in calories, and they contain bioflavonoids that protect against cancer. Grapefruits also increase the body’s metabolic rate, and actually makes you feel full!. It even fights fatigue! Start your day off with half a grapefruit to jump start your day!
Is another fabulous ingredient in the Fat Flush Water. Cucumber actually helps make you feel full and is mostly water which makes it a natural diuretic. This means less bloating and holding onto to water. Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins. Which give us some energy! No need to drink coffee or soda to get this benefit. Because of its high water content and dietary fiber they help rid your body of toxins plus helping your digestion tract.
Are one of my favorite fruits too. I make the Fat Flush Water at least twice a month. The tangerine will &increase your sensitivity to insulin. Stabilizes blood sugar and stimulates genes to help you burn fat. They contain natural soluble and insoluble fiber which aids in elimination sort of like a light laxative.
Helps and contributes to a calming in your stomach and better digestion. Peppermint is a good source of manganese, copper, and vitamin C. Peppermint also curbs your appetite. In a recent study folks that smelled a candy cane felt less hungry after the ones that did not. Interesting, right?
