I use Trader Joe’s coconut oil as a diaper cream. It’s awesome and my little one has only ever had one diaper rash in 20 months, when she was cutting her molars and had an upper respiratory virus at the same time. Coconut oil is awesome.

I have a friend who swears by it, she uses it to cook and on her split ends! I have used products that contain it, but I have never used just plain coconut oil and I have not cooked with it yet either.
